In order to successfully promote events in house and on the web site, promoters need to provide their content to the SM support company. The support company (Falcon Media) will ensure that the event is promoted correctly in house and display the events on the in house digital signage as well as the web site. They will also push posts via Facebook and Instagram.
In order to do this we require promoters to adhere to the following size requirements.
Also when submitting content please ensure that you provide details of the event and a link to any external ticket sales site.
Promoters should make contact as soon as an agreement has been made for the venue to host.

Once recieved you will receive confirmation and / or a request for any further information. You will be sent a “Dropbox” File request where you can then send the content (This is not limited to size).
